1. What dashboard phone holders do you sell? We specialize in dashboard-mounted holders that stick securely to your dash and hold your phone firmly. Our lineup includes adjustable arms, rotating bases, and models designed for various phone sizes. Each holder uses a high-tack gel pad that bonds to most dashboard materials without leaving residue.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days via standard shipping.
3. What are my shipping options and times? Standard shipping costs $15 and takes 7-14 business days. Please note that order processing takes 1-3 business days before dispatch, so plan accordingly. We use trackable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.
4. What is your return policy? You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in original packaging. Contact us first at support@dovat.shop to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, in which case we'll cover shipping.
5. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number via the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You can use that number on the carrier's website to see real-time updates. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days after dispatch, check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Will the holder stick to a textured or curved dashboard? Our gel pads work best on smooth, flat surfaces. For textured dashboards, we recommend using the included adhesive disc or mounting on the windshield (if legal in your state). For heavily curved areas, adjust the angle so the pad makes full contact. If unsure, email us a photo-we'll help you choose.
7. Can I use the holder with a phone case? Yes, the holder's cushioned arms accommodate most cases, including thin silicone, plastic, or even wallet cases. Thicker rugged cases might need adjustment, but the arms expand up to 3.5 inches. For bulky cases, check compatibility or reach out-we'll guide you.
8. How do I clean and maintain the gel pad? Dust or oils can reduce adhesion over time. Simply wash the pad with mild soap and water, let it air dry, then reattach. Avoid using alcohol wipes, as they can degrade the gel. For long-term grip, wipe the dashboard surface before each reinstallation. If the pad loses stickiness, contact us for a replacement-we've got you covered.
